Behavior of category field on demand task

Dear Community, 

 

According to ServiceNow Docs. There should be related links when an appropriate value is selected as for example mentioned on the attached screenshot.

 However, when trying on PDI nothing is happening.

Please explain.

Hi @c-vkondrat ,

 

Select “Effort Estimate” as category value in order to appear link “Add resource plan to demand”. You had selected wrong category value.

 

also check the user has proper access to see the related link.
