Good Morning,
I'm trying to create a dashboard to have a centralized place for all the benefit plans. Is there a way to connect the benefit plans to the Project Number in the dashboard? So far I've only been able to have a full list of benefit plans but there is not filter or labeling to what project those plans are connected to unless you go through and select each one.

Ahoy @ShareseH,
for reports/dashabord/data visualisations, it is crucial to understand what table have you built it on.. could you share it?
If you built it on benefit_plan table, then the project number is available under Work (task) field as seen here:
If you are using another table or this solution doesn't work for you, pelase provide more details and context about what you have built so far

Yes, the project is number is in the benefit plan but I am trying to create a dashboard. In the dashboard I am using the benefit plan table as the data source. From that list I cannot connect it to the project number without clicking on the benefit plan number. Is there anyway to show the connection of the benefit plan to the project without clicking on the benefit plan number itself? I hope that makes sense.

could you possibly provide more details? Dashboard is too general, your data visualisation is of what type - a list, score, etc?
Show me what you have to get some idea what it is about, otherwise it is just guessing :((

It is a pie graph showing the benefits plans that have the box checked for benefit achieved vs, the ones who do not. When I click on the pie graph it brings me to another list with the benefit plan information but doesn't have the project listed that the benefit plan is associated with.
