Hi All,

The requirement is to use the CWM for an ask. If so, requests, RITMS and its respective tasks which are created via portal can it be bought into CWM. There is something as connect ed work where we can define table and its conditions and bring them into this CWM.

If anyone has the solution or has worked on similar kind of requirement, your help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Anirudhron G

Hi Anirudhron,
you can pull in any task type object into CWM.
Steps:
1. Create a New Board in the Space

2. On the board, click on 'Connect Work'

3. Add the name(s) of the table(s) you want to retrieve items from

4. Add filter criteria

Continue steps 3 & 4 to create your unified backlog
Remarks:

  • OOB, there's a maximum of 100 records per table which you can retrieve
  • When retrieving stories, be aware that sprints and epics in CWM are not the same as in Agile V.2

Success with your configuration !
Thanks for a thumbs up if helpful

Hi @Anirudh29 ,

What is it that you're asking? To bring in sc_task or sc_req_item etc. you should pull it in by the "connected work" as you have also referred to.  So what is it that you're missing?

Hi @AndersBGS , is there any specific access required apart from Admin to access CWM workspace?

I am attaching how my CWM looks like.Screenshot 2026-03-03 123816.png

Hi @Anirudh29 ,

Yes, the user utilizing CWM workspace should have the sn_cwm.cwm_user which will consume SPM license.
