Can project be linked to multiple portfolio?

Hello,

I would like to confirm if a project can be linked to a multiple portfolios.
A per the SN documentation Define a project:
Portfolio =  'Primary portfolio to which the project belongs. A project can belong to multiple portfolios.'

On this doc: Portfolio Management the below image does not show such scenario and does not mention it so it is unclear to me.

If it is possible to link project to multiple portfolios, which OOTB fields to use for that?

It is achievable with many to many relationships table, but that would require further customization.
