can't find Properties to configure the system SPM financials

I do not see properties under system properties please help

the stars on the right side indicates that it's favourited bookmarks... collapse the upmost bookmark with a star and try it again, or type (it looks like you bookmarked many apps but the properties is missing)

to the filter navigator window and press enter:
