Hi @barrondd,
the stars on the right side indicates that it's favourited bookmarks... collapse the upmost bookmark with a star and try it again, or type (it looks like you bookmarked many apps but the properties is missing)
sys_properties.listto the filter navigator window and press enter:
Or navigate to this URL:
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/sys_properties_list.do

Hi @barrondd ,
Hope you are doing well.
As other members have mentioned please use sys_properties.LIST to get the system properties list.
From your post, not sure which specific property you are trying to get.
Please see the filter, I have used in my search (screenshot below), hopefully this helps. If it does, please mark the response as correct.
Happy SPM Learning !
Thank You!

Hi @barrondd ,
There are few system properties which you can configure for SPM financials by following the steps mentioned by other commenter by navigating to
sys_properties.LIST
Also you can search the system properties record that contains name having : "sn_invst_pln." you will find all properties : "<YourInstance>/sys_properties_list.do?sysparm_query=nameLIKEsn_invst_pln.&sysparm_first_row=1&sysparm_view=&sysparm_choice_query_raw=&sysparm_list_header_search=true"
Also to note, to use SPM financials It is also important that user has funding entity defined for the planning items if want to use financials without integration OR have the integration properly setup between alignment items and execution items.
Hopefully that answers to your question, if you find it helpful pls provide a thumbs UP! 🙂
Thanks,
Arijeet
