Can we Customize the Project Status Report in Project or Alternative

Currently I have a requirement where I'm able to create a status report when the project state is 'Closed complete'/'closed Incomplete'/'closed Skipped'. 

1. Status Report should be created by

Project Workspace > Select a Project > Planning > Export Status Report  . Currently for the Project where state is state is 'Closed complete'/'closed Incomplete'/'closed Skipped'.  I can not see Export to Status Report Option is not visible

2. But if the selected project state is 'pending'/'open'/'work Inprogress'  I get the option to select the Status report

Can anyone help me to Configure to show the Option Export Status Report when the Project state is close Complete/closed Incomplete/closed skipped!

Hi Trupti.  
In the Project Workspace, I'd suggest your users start by navigating to the 'Status Reports' section of the Project record that you can see in your screenshot.  Here, a 'create status report' button is already available, even if the project is in Closed Complete state.  

Since this functionality is available just a few clicks away, customising to bring it into the landing page would seem a less than profitable use of resources.
