Does anyone have any insight as whether a view-only permission or role can be created for non-resource managers to access and see the Allocation Workbench tool? If it can be done, do you have any documentation on how the permission or role was created?
There is no view only role in resource management.
You must create a custom role and configure Access Control Lists (ACLs) to grant read-only access to the specific Resource Management modules and data you want to expose
