post installation of Collaborative Work Management  the app from the ServiceNow store, Did you assign the sn_cwm.\cwm_user role, and activate the CWM property “sn_cwm.request_role_access” to allow CWM users to request access to the workspace?

I have installed the plugin and also updated it and repaired it.

Roles assigned and property updated.

Still cannot see the option in the field. (mentioned in the screenshot). I am able to access CWM but cannot see the option in the field Team Agile Tool

Please confirm  CWM and Agile 2.0 plugin version is upto date in your instance.

If Yes , Can you repair the plugin for both and try.

You also need to update the Strategic Planning plugin.  We released this functionality in the Dec '25 store release.  Let me know if that works for you.
