Cannot see Collaborative Work Management Option in Team agile tool field. Am i missing any config?

post installation of Collaborative Work Management  the app from the ServiceNow store, Did you assign the sn_cwm.\cwm_user role, and activate the CWM property “sn_cwm.request_role_access” to allow CWM users to request access to the workspace?
