Capacity planning

Hi all,

Which is the link between Capacity Planning in SPW and Resource Assignments?

Capacity planning is for Portfolio manager but which is the purpose? Only showing capacity based on role/group/skill? Portfolio manager can perform any action (such as assign resources)?

Once Capacity is checked. there's any impact on Resource assignment?

"Capacity planning" step occurs before or later resource assignment?
