In theory, when a Change Request for pushing new functionality to Production is made, has 1) UAT effectively already occurred and 'passed' allowing for one to make the Change Request, or 2) is the Change Request made and then as UAT occurs the result of the UAT effectively determines the 'approval' or 'rejection' of that Change?

Hi,
We want to make the use of test management in ServiceNow more effective and hence have following question:
Scenario:
Right now for every change request, we are creating a SCTASK for UAT signoff. In this SCTask, we are adding a word document which describes about the test steps and also contains the screenshot of the UAT confirmation email sent by the user. This is considered as a UAT Signoff but this process is manual and tracking is not effective.
Question:
Instead of creating a separate UAT word document and then uploading it to the SCTASK, is there a possibility to create a UAT test plan/test case in the servicenow itself for every change request and then assign it to the user to perform the testing (with attachments) and finally linking the test result to the change request?
If yes, I would appreciate if you could provide me the solution in details with the necessary links.
