Changing Percent complete field on the Roadmap configuration has no effect

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to display the "Percent complete by estimate" field's value on the Strategic Planning Workspace -> Portfolio Planning -> Roadmap for Epic records.

By default it is using the value from the "Percent complete" field, but that is not the one I need.
Based on the docs Portfolio plan configuration form changing the value in the field "Percent complete field" is exactly what I want. The only problem is that it has no effect. I changed the value to "Percent complete by estimate" there but on the SPW it still shows the values from the "Percent Complete" field on the Epic record. 
I am using Vancouver patch6.

Did anyone faced the same problem?
