I am slowly rolling out SPM (as the sole admin/dev) for my company, and am getting complaints on some of the OoB functions with the agile board. When a user is on the agile board and is viewing the backlog, any changes to the rank (drag and dropping the story higher/lower in the list) will update the global rank field on the story and change for all backlogs. I know this is the intended result OoB, but users are wanting to treat 'personal backlogs' as their own backlogs. They want the ability to prioritize stories in a list without changing everyone's backlog. Has anyone dealt with this situation before? I know a VTB is an option, but that is far more clunky than the agile board. Any advice would be super appreciated!
