Collaborative Work Management Add reference to other Now Platform tables

In ServiceNow docs, I can see that you can link to e.g. an incident from a Collaborative Work Management docs by using the / command.

Any idea which command to use if you're not using an English keyboard? I'm using a Danish keyboard and am not able to find any command that's working.

Hello,

Looks like English Canadian keyboard works to open the mention and format menu.

However the great majority of our users use French Canadian keyboard.

We use the / key on the Num Pad (just above 8 ) or Alt+47 but no menu is displayed

Will this be fixed to be compatible to not only English keyboard^

Have you tried "shift+7" on Danish keyboard? We need to type "/" to active it and it varies as per system keyboard selection
