Collaborative Workspace broken since 8.0.2 plugin update

Hi all

I updated Collaborative Work Management from 7.0.2 to 8.0.2 in Dev and Test. Everything went fine.

I did the same thing in Prod, and now I cannot create Spaces, Boards, or Folders. Also, when I attempt to open a Task from the My Work section, it says "Not Content Available"

 

Has anybody else seen this?

Is everything else the same on the instances? 

Did you log a Case with ServiceNow for it? Breaking an instance due to an OOB plugin shouldn't happen. 

You can try the repair function to see if anything was wrong with the install on PROD. Or check on skipped changes.

can you share more information, is a specific user facing the issue or all the users are facing the issue. can you please try deleting sn_cwm_recent_items from preferences. Also can you please share if any sn_cwm_menu_item has itself in parent column.

please share if there are any skipped files.

 

Also please create a case for this

I cannot find sn_cwm_recent_items  to delete it. No menu items have themselves as a parent.
