Hi,
At the recent Knowledge conference, I heard of a new feature described as a confidential project flag that would allow an admin to limit the visibility of a project to a specific set of users (not necessarily role-based).
It was introduced as a brand new feature included in "the May store release", but I can't seem to find it in-system or in any release notes for project-related plugins. I've also searched for additional plugins we may be missing but came up with nothing that seemed relevant.
Is this a real ServiceNow-developed feature available now? Does anyone know where to find it and how to turn it on?
Thanks.

Hello @DavidB-ADT !
This is really strange. In any case, the URL for the plugin is this: https://<instance_name>.service-now.com/now/app-manager/home/plugin/id/com.snc.project_advanced_secu...
If you still can't find it, switch to the old App Manager and search for com.snc.project_advanced_security. Also ensure the plugin 'PPM Standard' (id: com.snc.financial_planning_pmo) is installed and your instance is on the Yokohama release (or later). Let's cover all these cases.
Please consider marking my answer as helpful if it assisted you in any way.

hi @DavidB-ADT
see if this helps: Plugin id: com.snc.project_advanced_security
URL:
....service-now.com/now/app-manager/home/plugin/id/com.snc.project_advanced_security/details
I see it on our Yokahoma demo instance, but could not find it on the SN store website too.

This plugin is available in the instance in the inactive state. It is NOT available on the ServiceNow store.
Sorry for the confusion created by the documentation - doc will be updated with the correct information.
@DavidB-ADT , hope you are able to find the plugin in your instance (All -> System Definitions -> Plugins)

Hope this helps and if it does please mark it as a correct answer. Again, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thank You!

Thanks, I updated my post - this plugin is only available with the Yokohama release. It's not showing up in our plugin manager because we're still on Xanadu. We're starting our upgrade process now.
