We are using ServiceNow to manage our projects and demands, and I’ve encountered an issue during the demand-to-project conversion process.
When I create a demand, I can add a resource plan that generates a cost plan of type Labor Capex. Additionally, I manually create a cost plan of type External Labor Capex. However, when the demand is approved and a project is being created:
- The resource plan and the Labor Capex cost plan are successfully transferred to the project.
- The External Labor Capex cost plan does not transfer.
I would like to understand why this specific cost plan type is not moving to the project and how I can configure the system to include it during the transition.
Any guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated!
