In the Program workbench, while the Cost (Planned vs Actual) chart is populated, and in my case the planned cost showing 0 across the fiscal year in the chart but actual cost showing.
The fiscal year is selected and the various projects in the Program have Resource Plans submitted for the Project Tasks. Of course, there are also Time Cards for the Resource Plans.
Where does this data come from and what are we doing wrong?
