Create new resource card not visible

Hi, 

 

we've run into an issue when trying to set-up portfolio and resource management. For some reason, the create resource card view is not visible in resource management workspace, even though the user has both resource_user and resource_manager roles. Any ideas? Attaching the view we were expecting to arrive on when navigating to resource management workspace.

So it's not showing the New Resource Card available in right side in your instance?

Hello @Tanja Holm ,

Hope you are doing well...

 

From the roles point of view, it doesn't seem to be an issue.

Can you once try to clear the cache, logout and then try again. It may help.

 

 Also, try to check with the user who has it_project_manager role. Because this is available for the users with any one of the following roles.

1) resource_user

2) resource_manager

3) it_project_manager

Haven't solved the issue yet but think I found the underlying reason, some of the right UI pages were missing
