Is there a way in ServiceNow Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to see and track cross ART dependencies similar to the Big Room Planning board?

That is not currently possible with the ServiceNow® Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) application. However, it might interest you to know that it is possible with our newer (and more flexible) offering Enterprise Agile Planning.
