Has anyone made a dashboard or a way of running the DCMA 14 point assessment (health check) on a project record within SPM? I appreciate that some items on the checklist might not be viable but i think most should be?
For reference the DCMA 14 point assessment checks the following items:
- Missing Logic (dependencies)
- Negative Lags
- Positive Lags
- Relationships
- Hard Constraints
- High Total Float
- Negative Total Float
- High Duration Activities (over 45d)
- Invalid Dates
- Resources
- Missed Tasks
- Critical Path Test
- Critical Path Length Index (CPLI)
- Baseline Execution Index (BEI)
the assessment counts how many times they appear within a schedule and scores a % based on the total amount of tasks within the schedule.
