Default View is randomly changing to Planning Console View

In tsp1 project table randomly the view of the project is changing to Planning Console View.
Even after changing it back to the default view again when we open any project it is opening in Planning console view.
And only two users are facing this issue.

Please validate the view rules on the tsp1 project table and also validate form personalization for those 2 users.
