Hi everyone,
I have a simple issue: A client instance is giving us wrong score demand results.
I know the formula is: Score = ((10 - risk) + (10 - size) + value) / 3 so...
...if we have:
risk = 0
size = small (2)
value = 1
then score should be equal to 6.33 but for some reason Servicenow calculate score = 5.33
What is the script that perform this calculation? Is Score = ((10 - risk) + (10 - size) + value) / 3 the right formula?
