HI Hailey,

There are two different applications, Financial Management ( ITFM_* ) and Cost Management ( FM_*). You will find more details in respective documentations. In simple terms, Cost Management helps to define cost of any service or application by generating general ledgers ( expense lines ), Financial Management helps analysis or visidualize these general ledgers.
