Does Jira integration work with Kanban boards?

Is there a way to configure SN/Agile integration to work with Kanban boards? Our current Jira integration works great with Jira scrum boards; however, when trying to configure a teams integration to point to a Kanban board we get an error: The Jira Board is of the type Kanban. Select a different Jira Board.

Hi Dave,

Can you try creating Team Integration without populating value in the Jira board field?

and Yes, the "Atlassian Jira Integration for Agile Development" app does support integration of kanban projects.

We have created and left the Jira board field/value blank in the Team integration as well and no luck.  There will be no error produced but the integration still does not work.  

For more information, what we are doing is:
We create a SN story from an incident (click hamburger then create story), the integration then (on scrum boards) creates a Jira story.  From there updates are then kept in sync between the Jira story and the SN story.

That works for scrum boards but does not work if the team is using a Kanban board.
