EAP Sprint Burnup and Burndown reports erros

We are busy simulating moving to EAP from Enterprise SAFe and have created some dummy data.  At the Agile team level on the "Home" page are a number of OOTB dashboards and most are populating, but the "Sprint burndown by story points" and Sprint burnup by story points" do not.

The "reports" say that there is "No Content Available".  Is there additional setup that needs to be done to get the sprint burnup and burndown reports working?

Hi @Nat Hunter ,

Did you get any answer or any workaround?

I have the same issue and it seems that "Agile Team Technical Dashboard" in platform analytics does not work well.

Hi Kento, I have not received any feedback as yet.  The reports are also not editable without first taking a copy.  I am going to log a call with support and will let you know once a fix is advised.

Good afternoon

We found the reason the EAP Burnup and Burndown charts were not populating.  They are based on Indicators and the [EAP] Daily Data Collection job needs to be activated.  There are four indicators that rely on that data collection job and once we ran the job, the reports are populating.

For the job "[EAP] Daily Data Collection" ensure that the following fields are set:

    1. Operator: "Relative"
    2. Relative start: 1
    3. Relative start interval: "days ago"
    4. Relative end: 0
    5. Relative end interval: "days ago"
    6. Run as: "Administrator"
    7. Active: checked
