Email log and Email client is not available on demand form for demand managers(with write access)

Email log in Activity log and Email client icon is not available on demand form for demand managers even though they have write access to the form. Email log and email client is visible only to admin users on demand form.

UI properties to view email activity is updated to be visible to demand user access.

which roles are mentioned in that system property?

it_demand_user role is added to the property. Demand manager has it_demand_user in inherited roles

all demand managers facing this issue or some users?

share screenshots what admin is seeing and what demand manager is seeing
