Hi everybody,
We try to build our new Roadmap using the integration functionality. Unfortunately, we have this error:
The request cannot be processed - Record insert failed in Alignment table due to an unexpected error.Operation against file 'sn_align_core_scrum_epic' was aborted by Business Rule 'Validate Actual and Approved Dates^bf944da01b6799507f172f4aab4bcbbc'. Business Rule Stack:Validate Actual and Approved Dates
We tried to change our view and complete some dates but it doesn't work and our epics doesn't appear in our roadmap.
Has anyone an idea to help us ?
Thank you in advance and regards,
Fabrice

Hi udryf
The error you have shared should be solved by having Approved Start Date/Planned Start date before respective end date.
Kindly share the Planning hierarchy, Planning Hierarchy nodes screenshots and servicenow integration and Table maps.
If I understand correctly, you are trying to get the epic records from SAFe epic to APW Epic Table. Kindly share those details.
Thanks,
Krishna

Hi Krishna,
Thank you for your answer. You're right, the approved start and end date wasn't on our Epic-Form.
Now it's working. Thank you.
Kind regards,
Fabrice
