Error when trying to complete a planning interval

Hello, 

 

When I try to click on Complete Planning Interval in EAP, I get the error 'Close the child iterations before closing the iteration XXX'. 

I went as far as deleting all of the sprints associated to the ART and still get this error.  I checked in the Agile Developer area and made sure all of the sprints for the team were removed as well.

We may need a case for this one, as you should be able to close the PI if there are no sprints (although it was just trying to confirm that the sprints in the PI were first set to complete). 

 

Are you also sync'ing with Agile Dev?  Just wondering if there may be some sprints that were automatically generated there (but if the sprints in EAP have already been removed then that shouldn't matter...).

Yes we do have the Full Configuration synced to Agile Dev.  This is happening only to one ART.  The other ART PI's were able to close the PI and start the next PI with no issues.
