Hi,
Expense Line record store Amount in project Currency as separate attribute on the same record. The "Amount" field have amount in Functional currency and "Amount in Project currency" field same converted amount. Please update your related list view include other columns to see amount in project currency.
The Aggregation you see on List has been explained in Default currency values in lists (servicenow.com).

Thank you Yogesh
The Expense Line records amounts are reflecting the correct project currency, the problem we are having is that that we see our Sum in a different currency. This strange occurrences is happening to only some users.
