Export of Planning Console is Changing Completion % When Opened in MS Project

When I am exporting a planning console into MS Project, there are many places where, if the % is not 0 or 100, it will wipe out what was in the original planning console and replace it with 0. Examples are attached with tasks marked 35% or 60% but when exported they show back at 0%. In addition, the export is also making the durations different by showing them as 31.88 instead of the 31 days in the console, or as 0.88 instead of the 1 day in the console. Has anyone experienced this or know if this is something that is a bug with the new upgrade? We've exported plenty of Planning Consoles to MS Project previously to test these things and haven't seen these issues before.
