Export to Powerpoint "instance refused to connect" issue.

Hi SNOW community,
We recently upgraded our instance to Zurich, since the upgrade, I've been unable to use the "export to powepoint" add-on for SPM.
I use PowerPoint Online and sideload the manifest file each time I need to create a template (using the latest manifest since the upgrade). However, I get an error in the side panel: "instance.service-now.com refused to connect" error message (screenshot attached).
When I check the DevTools, there is also an error message in the console that says "Refused to frame 'https://instance.service-now.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'self' https://outlook.office365.com https://outlook.office.com"."
Has anyone come across this issue or knows how to resolve it please?? 😞
