SPM Fundamentals On Demand (Xanadu) course - Issue with Project Management 3.3.1 Lab

Hello All - I'm currently going thru the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Fundamentals On Demand (Xanadu) course and on Part C of the Project Management section - Lab 3.3.1 - importing via MS Project. I do not see the "Import" button to import the file. The popup comes up and I can add the file, but no button is visible to Import. See screen shots below. I've relaunched the instance a couple times. I'm impersonating the right person...even tried to do it thru the admin user....nothing works....any ideas on how to fix this so I can move on in the training? TIA

From the Directions:

What I see... no blue Import button to click:

Hello @jmoegling725960,

This issue can sometimes occur in the SPM Fundamentals training lab when the UI page doesn’t fully load or a UI policy/script interferes with the import dialog.

Here are a few things you can try:

  • Clear your cache or perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5).
  • Try a different browser.
  • If the Import button still doesn’t appear, try launching a new lab instance, as the training instances sometimes become corrupted.

You can also try importing via the following steps:

  1. Navigate to All > Project > Projects > Import.
  2. Click Choose File to select a Microsoft Project (.mpp) file.
  3. To import the Microsoft project as a subset of an active, existing project:
  • Select Update an existing project.
  • Click the reference lookup icon and select a project or task.

If none of these resolve the issue, it’s likely a lab environment problem, and you can raise a ticket through Now Learning Support.
