Financial tab info not showing for planning items in strategic planning workspace

Hi, 

The financial tab on planning items(Project, demand and Epic) on strategic planning workspace shows blank screen with the below error mentioned in snapshot.

Could anyone help me on this or provide some steps for troubleshoot? How i can see financials tab info.

Hi @Vinay3 

I have ran this job but not able to track whether the job ran or not .Still error is not resolved under Financial.

Investment Entities created for both Demand and Project also.

Hi @vinothini , are you still getting the same error message that says 'At least one of your planning items does not have investment objects'? If so, could you enable the 'Investment' column in the prioritization tab as shown below and check if any demand/project has the investment column value blank.

Yes, it is blank for few projects .But the mapping between project table and investment table is present in sn_invst_pln_invst_investment table.

@VinothiniA could you try updating the mapping on the sn_align_core_project table for the projects which are missing investment objects. Ideally the data generation job should do the mapping. Please let me know if you can identify any pattern in the records which are missing this mapping. It could be that the demands or projects are not active.

Yes , I have tried updating the projects which is missing Investment value , then Investment value is populated in sn_align_core_project table.

Regarding the pattern , few projects are closed and few are still Pending state .So, I am unable to identify any specific pattern .

One thing I want to point out , after portfolio planning integration enabled only projects which are updating or creating only showed in Portfolio planning Workspace .But our customer wants to see old data as they need PPT report for that also . So , we have manually inserted few records in sn_align_core_project using fix script .My query is whether any field i was missed during the fix script execution .Is the scheduled job looking for any specific fields in sn_align_core_project.
