Fiscal Periods are not displayed in Cost Plans/Benefit Plans/Fundings table after the import

Hi Everyone,

I have exported the Investments (Top Level), and its related Fundings, Cost Plans and Benefit Plans via xml (export xml). When I imported this xml's in the other instance, the fiscal periods are not getting captured or moved. (Fiscal periods for Fundings, Cost Plans and Benefit Plans).
