Is there a way to Upload bulk "Top Level Investments" by including Funded capex, Funded opex, Funded opex and Planned benefit ?  

Hi,  I have created a Top-level investment and added funds for the fiscal year 27. Have NOT allocated the funds to any entities but still the Total Allocated and Total Available are not matching.
