We need the ability to plan resources in FTE (%) and also view the equivalent forecast cost ($) per resource for the same time period (weekly/monthly) in ServiceNow.
Today, the Resource Planning view shows FTE %, but I don’t see an option to display forecast $ amounts—and ideally actuals as well. Is there a way to enable cost fields (forecast and actual) in the resource planning view so we can review forecast vs actual by resource?
If this isn’t supported out of the box, what’s the recommended approach to build reports/dashboards that show:
