I've noted there is a KB article that addresses this - https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1348274 - which indicates there is a longstanding Problem ticket open for this. Last update was February 7, 2024.
Just the same, thought I'd ask if anyone has managed to find a method that achieves this. I looked at the coding behind it and decided that it wouldn't be a good idea for me to mess with the code when the current limit to my coding abilities is that I can barely read and edit simple code / copy code suggestions from experienced coders.
