I don't think A is correct. The key difference between A and D is:
If the question is asking about tracing from a service to the CIs that support it and seeing active issues, the correct “utility” is CI Dependency View, not the CI Health Dashboard — because the Health Dashboard is about data quality, not relationship tracing.
