Enhancements can be handled by SDLC Agile Module of Servicenow.

What are these "enhancements" for? A product you are selling? Internal business process/technologies? Software you're developing?



In general, yes, Demand Management   , is a good place to take in ideas from your users to understand which enhancement requests (or demands) to prioritize.
