Hi All,We are moving from SM9 to service now and are not clear on how we can handle enhancements for which we dont have any module in Service now. Can we use Demand management for enhancements ??

Enhancements can be handled by SDLC Agile Module of Servicenow.

What are these "enhancements" for? A product you are selling? Internal business process/technologies? Software you're developing?



In general, yes, Demand Management   , is a good place to take in ideas from your users to understand which enhancement requests (or demands) to prioritize.
