Hide Cancelled project Tasks in Planning console.

Hello Community,

I have a requirement, in a project record related links there will be related link for planning console which shows the planning of all project tasks, now I need to hide the cancelled project tasks in planning console view. can someone please guide me how can I achieve this.

Hello @Hemanth Naik ,

Are you trying to hide this related list conditionally or for all records? Need to know the condition to help you further. If it is for all records, Configure > Related Lists > Remove from slush-bucket.

Please have a look on the images attached 

1. For a project record under related links there will be planning console related link see img1

2. For a project there will be project tasks with some state see the image 2 

3. now when you click on planning console related link it will show the planning console see image 3, now I that planning console I need to hide cancelled project tasks.

Note: Cancelled project tasks should not be shown in planning console for everyone it should be as default view default view
