Project workspace vs Strategic planning workspace

We have enabled both project workspace and Strategic planning workspace each of it for a different cause.
Project workspace for Resource assignments
SPW for Roadmap activities.
Currently we are using the Classic Project and Demand view for the lifecycle.
Since we have installed Bothe Project workspace and SPW, which workspace is better with features to be used for Project management considering the budgeting, planning [planing console], cost breakdown?
Could you please provide more information on this?

1. What does SPW provide us?

2. What project workspace provide us?

3. When compared to both, which workspace is recommended by the ServiceNow for project management

4. Which features are supported in PW and not in SPW and Vise-versa?

The Project Management Workspace is where your Project Managers should be working to manage their projects. It is the best place for them to management their schedule, manage resources, manage RIDAC, etc.

The Strategic Planning Workspace (SPW) is an excellent place for Portfolio Managers to view projects in the context of the entire portfolio.
