How can I use Resource Plans where resources are dual use Operations INC/REQ and Projects

My resources are doing both project tasks (EPIC/STRY) tickets as well as operational support (INC/REQ/SCTASK)
I need to know how to the tool to gage resource utilization and plan for capacity and impact of operational support on project delivery.
