Once a Project Template is created, how do we edit that template? Or do we have to create a new Project from the Template, edit the Project and save as a new template?

We are asking ourselves the same question... Has anyone found an answer?

If you're wanting to modify an existing template, navigate to Project Administration > Templates - Project and then select the template that needs editing.

Yes I know how to navigate in ServiceNow. Thank you.
Do you know how to insert a new project task in a project template?

I was able to get this to work using the .do links above, but I found it was easier to go to copy an existing project task template record.
You can do this by opening an existing project task with similar details, update the fields as needed, then: Right Click > Insert & Stay. This copies over the parent task, template, etc without having to fill it in. It also pulls in the default values that may otherwise be missed.
