How do you Define Demand States?

Does anyone have any slides or documentation to share about how your organization defines demand states? We are trying to implement a new Demand process in our organization and there is constant a debate over what activities happen at each state and what should be required as deliverable for each state. Any advice or tips would be appreciated! Thanks!

Hi,

The ServiceNow documents website defines the states:

Demand States

You have to scroll down a bit.  For draft demands, you don't have to promote an idea, assuming you have the right permissions you can create a demand in the demand module.

What I would say is DO NOT change the demand states names.
