How to associate Defects to Tests created in ServiceNow Test Management 2.0?

Hi,

 

As part of our sprint testing, we are using Test Management 2.0 for creating and running tests. Is there a way we can associate Defects to the Tests directly(instead of the Stories in the Agile board) for better traceability/tracking.

 

We would like to track/manage these "Tests" using the UAT phase rather then creating multiple stories for the UAT scenarios and then raising defects against those.

 

Please let me know if anyone has tackled this area already or any possible suggestions.
