How to Delegate a Demand Assessment?

Hi Everyone,

May I know if it is possible to delegate a demand assessment? If so, how are we going to set this up?

Hi @Diane Miro ,

Technically you can !!

Provided the Assessment is in "Ready to take" state and the user is listed in the Stakeholder register, you can change the "Assigned to" field with the name of the user whom you want to delegate. Something like this :

Every stakeholders with Assessment Recipient = true will receive a request to fill an assessment with all the metrics with method Assessment. OOB every stakeholders have to fill 8 metrics per demand.

To fill the assessment every stakeholder needs to go on Self Service --> My Assessment & Surveys
