First, I create a project, add project tasks, checklists, planned duration, dependencies etc. and then create a project template which I can apply to existing and new projects.
If I want to make a change to the template, I go to the Project Template view and open the template, however here I have very limited information and no option to change checklistes, dependencies etc.
Is the only way to maintain a project template to create a new project, apply the changes, create a new template and then delete the project? or is there a smarter way?
I would like to avoid creating new projects just to create & maintain templates to avoid these showing up in reports and impacting KPI's.
