Has anyone implemented a hybrid delivery model within one Project Portfolio in ServiceNow (i.e. combining Agile-sprint work with Waterfall-style phases)? How did you model that in SPM/PPM, and how did you handle dependencies, tracking and progress reporting across both approaches?
